US Charity Golf Partnerships Manager

Help grow CharityGolfEvent.com by building relationships with US charity golf tournament organisers, nonprofits, clubs, foundations, and sponsors.
About the opportunity
This early partnerships role supports our US directory and organiser platform. You will identify relevant charity golf tournaments and outings, develop relationships with organisers and local partners, support high-quality event listings, and help us understand regional needs across the US market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify relevant charity golf tournaments using public sources and regional market research.
- Build relationships with organisers, golf courses, nonprofits, foundations, chambers, and local sponsors.
- Collect accurate event, nonprofit, sponsorship, and registration information for public listings.
- Support the creation and improvement of high-quality event listings and organiser profiles.
- Capture market feedback, organiser needs, objections, and product opportunities in a structured way.
- Coordinate warm handoffs for organisers interested in claiming a listing or using the platform.
- Share concise weekly progress updates covering activity, outcomes, insights, and next steps.
What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with event organisers, nonprofits, golf courses, and local businesses.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage follow-ups without heavy supervision.
- Good judgement around tone, trust, and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with golf outings, nonprofit events, sponsorship, or local business communities is helpful.
- Comfortable using simple web tools, spreadsheets, and admin systems.
